CHEP intends the public site to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and common viewport sizes. Pages use semantic headings, visible labels, and a skip link. Text and background colours are chosen for contrast.

If you cannot complete a task, write to partnerships@chepcanada.com with “Accessibility” in the subject and describe the page and the barrier. We will use that report to correct the site.

This is the first public release. It has not yet had an external accessibility audit. Some administrative screens are intended for staff and are still being refined.
