The form is an expression of interest. It does not create a partnership, reserve seats, or oblige CHEP to approve the organization.

The person submitting the form confirms they are authorized to share the organization’s information and that they consent to be contacted about the application.

Applications are stored so authorized CHEP staff can review them, record a status, and keep internal notes. Internal notes are not shown on the public website. A status such as “approved” in the administrative system is not itself a signed agreement.
