People who decide on eligibility, capacity, or partnership terms should not take part in a decision where they, or an immediate family member, have a financial interest in the outcome.

Education partners deliver education. They do not, by that role alone, decide which hospitals are approved. A future governing document will name how interests are declared and recorded. No board is appointed yet, so no register of interests is published.
